01 · Agreement
Agreement
By accessing or using DailyDoc at https://dailydoc.net (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
02 · Product
The service
DailyDoc is a productivity and planning tool that helps you organize tasks, projects, and your schedule.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
03 · Access
Accounts and security
You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in methods secure.
Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
04 · Payments
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans, if offered, are billed through our payment processor. Fees, renewal terms, and taxes are shown at checkout or in your account.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until you cancel according to the processor's or in-product cancellation flow.
Refunds, if any, are handled as described at the time of purchase or in separate policies we publish.
05 · Rules
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
- Interfere with or overload the Service (for example by automated scraping that degrades performance);
- Reverse engineer or circumvent technical limitations except where applicable law permits;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
06 · Ownership
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, back up, and display that content
solely to provide and improve the Service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or trade dress except as needed to use the Service as offered.
09 · Integrations
Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third parties (such as sign-in providers or payment processors). Their use is subject to their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
10 · Warranties
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11 · Limits
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DailyDoc and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages,
or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service shall not exceed
the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty euros (€50), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
12 · Ending use
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, risk to the Service or others, or legal requirements.
Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive termination.
13 · Jurisdiction
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
Courts in Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms, subject to those mandatory rules.
14 · Updates

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page and changing the effective date. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice
(for example by email or in-product message). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
