Daily Doc provides an online platform to connect employers and doctors for daily job hirings. Employers voluntarily post work opportunities and doctors voluntarily submit personal and professional information when they create a profile to apply for jobs. Employers will view the doctor's profile for the purpose of selecting a qualified, prospective employee and it is up to the discretion of the employer to hire the doctor. Daily Doc is not responsible or accountable for the actions of, or accuracy of information submitted by job applicants (doctors) on this site; or for the conduct or professionalism of potential employers who hold accounts on this site.

As a Doctor, I understand the following:
I am responsible for entering my information on Daily Doc, and I agree that the information I submit on my profile is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that my profile will be viewed by an employer each time I apply to a job opportunity and that my contact information will be provided to the employer if they accept my job application. I give the employer permission to view my information and contact me regarding the work opportunities. I acknowledge that Daily Doc is a service connecting me with employers and job listings that I can apply to, but that I have no obligation to work at a job I booked through Daily Doc. I understand that it is up to the discretion of the employer to hire me for the job, and it is possible that I may not be hired. I agree that if I am hired, I will perform within the scope of my profession and that I will abide by all applicable federal and state regulations relating to health and safety.

As an Employer, I understand the following:
I am responsible for entering the information that I select to be posted on this website, and I agree that the information I include in my job postings is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. Daily Doc is a service that connects me with doctors that I may employ if I choose. I am responsible for hiring the doctor, and I have no obligation to hire a doctor that I find on Daily Doc. I will compensate the doctor directly for the professional services they provide and payment for these services shall not be paid through Daily Doc. I agree to honor the salary amount listed on my job posting and to pay that amount on the day of completed work unless otherwise negotiated and agreed upon by myself and the doctor. I understand that the doctors that apply to and book my jobs are not employees of Daily Doc and I agree to not hold Daily Doc responsible for any liability expense.
